Terms and Conditions

I. To qualify for the reward, the referral must not have met with Fraser Homes prior to you submitting online form. II. Referral reward goes to the first person who fully completes the online referral form in the event that a individual is referred by more than 1 person. III. Referral reward mailed by cheque 30 days following possession date. IV. Fraser Homes will contact referred client by telephone to discuss setting up a meeting. Please give your referral a heads up so they are not surprised. V. In order to qualify for this offer, you can not be using a real estate agent for the purchase of the home. VI. Fraser Homes reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time. VII. Referral campaign effective Jan 2, 2015. Fraser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Referral Program.
